The Ocean Night

The fiery waves
the ocean sprays
the starry nights
the cliff frays

As the froth
beats upon the shore
gentle sounds
less discernable than more

Infinity the expanse
too deep to straddle
agog with life
whales dawdle

As the sun rises
the waters shimmer
and the rolling billows
softly murmer

When they leave you on an island with more penguins and snow-sculptures than people, the nature is ought to catch your attention. I guess you couldnt have written this poem if you were in New York.

B'day approaching Hari kaka and you would be leaving for US very soon. Enjoy.
